Reports / Replies Backed Up

Due to three deaths in the past month, holiday breaks, and other scheduled one-day office closures, Session Reports, emails and return calls are a little backed up.  Please remember it can take up to two weeks (in addition to holiday time when a holiday is present) for a return reply. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

The office will reopen tomorrow (Wednesday, May 27) from the Memorial break. Please be sure to check the online Events Calendar and read the auto-reply emails; these two sources show the current schedule of days when the offices will not be open.

Even though today is a scheduled day off, a very limited amount of work will be taking place today.

Contacted Sabrina / RBBT Without a Reply?

With much thanks to a darling client it was discovered today (21 Apr 2009) that my email account had blacklisted my own email address.  Sure explains a lot. =p

If within the past couple months you have tried contacting me (Sabrina / Reiki & Bio-Balancing Therapies) through the website contact form, please know I never received your correspondence due to the aforementioned glitch. The problem has been fixed. Please try again and I will reply to you in as timely a manner as possible.

If you know of someone or have referred anyone who has tried contacting me using the website form and who hasn’t received a reply, please give them this information and tell them to try again.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone.

Website & Email Server Glitch

The issue was resolved over the weekend; however the website service has let its users know there may still be some intermittent issues.

I will work on replying to all email contacts and Session Reports in as timely a manner as possible.

You might have recently experienced some trouble connecting to the Reiki & Bio-Balancing Therapies website, likely receiving an error page saying your browser cannot connect. I am aware of this issue. It is a server problem that my provider is working diligently to resolve.

Unfortunately, this a wide problem at the moment, and is also effecting access to my email which is provided by the same service. Please be advised that I will respond to emails in as timely a manner as possible when the issue has been resolved.

This has been ongoing for a couple days. I will update here in the blog as needed, and when resolution has been reached.

Healing treatments

Remote healing treatments of all types are currently being book 1+ weeks in advance.

Psychic, Mediumship, and Gallery Style Readings

Psychic readings by phone and outcall are currently being booked 4+ weeks in advance.

Psychic readings in office are currently being booked 6+ weeks in advance.

Mediumship readings are currently being booked 6+ weeks in advance; applies to in office, outcall, and by phone.

Gallery-Like Group Readings are currently being booked 6+ weeks in advance.

Gallery Events, please inquire. A limited number of holiday bookings are still available.

Classes, Workshops, Lectures

Most classes, workshops, and lectures are offered during weekday evenings and weekends in order to accommodate students’ work schedules; however Sabrina is considering adding weekday daytime classes. If you would be interested in seeing weekday daytime classes offered, please let Sabrina know.
